Mesa Mold Polishing (MMP) was established in 2014 by owner Jim Wolfgram. Jim is an expert in the polishing industry. Jim started in Arizona building molds and supervising mold shops. Jim is now known in the polishing community as a skilled professional. His experience and knowledge have accumulated for more than 35 years. MMP sets itself apart from the competition by specializing in highly detailed work and by applying techniques and processes that surpass customer expectations. This attention to detail provides MMP customers with the quality polishing that they demand. The goal at Mesa Mold Polishing is not just to meet customer needs, but to excel at providing quality, cost-effective service that outperforms each customer’s expectation .

MMP can work with any type of steel, aluminum and titanium. We specialize in SPI #1 and all other SPI finishes including:

This guide of typical finishes is to assist in communicating with customers. Specifying these finishes on part  drawings will aid the mold maker in providing the proper finish to the mold. Since the finish will vary with different materials, this should be used only as a guide.
